The best quality presentation & brochures
Our in house graphic designer produces sales brochures which really do show your property off to its best advantage; with the help of floor plans and minimal text making our particulars more visual. We accentuate the property’s benefits and features to both the reader and anybody using a search engine for specific requirements.
Our valuers are all trained to use Digital SLR professional quality cameras for which we invest in the best lenses that provide the same aspect as the human eye. Where many agents still use “point and press” or even camera phones, research has shown that good photography is the main reason why people will choose to look further at a house or discard it; often dismissing something that could in fact suit them. We take the trouble to revisit any house that has not managed to be photographed on a sunny day and update any which are seasonally incorrect; you should never find snow on any of our brochures in June! We do have the support of a professional photographer and for a property that would be better viewed by an aerial photograph, we have drone photographer that we can call on.
