Attached to Barn 1 is Barn 2 and is currently used for storing machinery. It has roller shutter doors at either end. Barn 3 is immediately to the north, is a separate timber clad Lorry Barn with a roller shutter door. It has power and light and a three-phase 240V hook up point for a horse transporter.

The indoor arena is located to the east of the big barn. The 60m x 40m arena has a Martin Collins Protrack surface and is comprehensively lit; casting no shadows. There are solar panels on the roof and, to its southern end, is a Clubhouse with a full kitchen and dining facilities.

Opposite the entrance to the indoor arena is a smaller floodlit 30m x 50m outdoor arena, again with a Martin Collins surface and enclosed with Duralock fencing.
To the east of the small arena is an enclosed loose pen of 15m x 35m which is high boarded and oval shaped with a professional waxed surface.

A third area of 80m x 60m, was installed in 2016. This has a professional waxed surface and links to the water complex and canter track, which is 3m wide and 800m long and runs the perimeter of the field. That whole area has been fully drained.

Parking Areas There are two parking areas; the first is a car park which is floodlit and located to the south of The Barn House and large barn, this also has eight 240v hook up points. The second, situated between the indoor arena and large arena is a lorry park.

The house and equestrian facilities sit centrally within the land totalling 120.86 acres. The estate has no public access, bridleways or footpaths of any kind. However, the main bridle path, providing access to hacking in the Hothorpe Hills is one gate away over the boundary.

As the property is ran as a business and can be classed a 'mixed use' there may be the option of a reduced SDLT rate.
